Energy Waste Reduction Program for Commercial & Industrial Customers

As part of the Energy Waste Reduction Program, the City of Charlevoix is offering incentives for energy savings for interested commercial and industrial customers of the City of Charlevoix Electric System. This means that area businesses can be eligible for various rebates for changes to lighting, HVAC, refrigeration units, and any other projects that increase energy efficiency. These rebates are available only on a first come first served basis as funds are limited each year.

The companies on the attached list (PDF) have partnered with the City and area businesses to work on energy efficiency projects.  They will fill out the necessary forms to apply for these rebates.
